Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please email me directly to discuss.

I can offer refunds if items are faulty, and exchanges provided the items have not been used and you let me know within 5 days of receiving the order. If you require an exchange due to changing your mind, I ask that you cover the extra postage costs incurred for returns and dispatch of new items. 

To start a return, you can contact me at riolabceramica@gmail.com and I will reply with instructions within 48 hours. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Goods must be received back within 14 days of return approval to be eligible for refund. Items received without approval or outside the return window will be refused and/or returned to sender at the customer’s expense. RioLab is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so I strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trusted carrier.
