Shipping policy

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Free UK Shipping on orders over £80. For orders under £80 UK shipping starts from £5.10 for smaller items posted by Royal Mail 1st class. Larger orders are usually sent with either Hermes or UPS. I aim to send all orders within 2 working days, and tracking information will be provided once items have been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping starts from £14.95 (up to 2kg) for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Parcels above this weight can cost from £17.40 depending on the country. Contact me directly if your country is not listed in shipping destinations.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to extra customs and import fees, and these are the responsibility of the customer and not RiolabCeramics. (I cannot predict what these fees may be).

Your purchases will be carefully wrapped and packaged using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible. Though breakages or loss during transit are rare they are possible, so please contact me directly to resolve any issues which may occur to this e-mail: riolabceramica@gmail.com

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your order, please email me directly to discuss.

I can offer refunds if items are faulty, and exchanges provided the items have not been used and you let me know within 5 days of receiving the order. If you require an exchange due to changing your mind, I ask that you cover the extra postage costs incurred for returns and dispatch of new items. 

To start a return, you can contact me at riolabceramica@gmail.com and I will reply with instructions within 48 hours. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Goods must be received back at our studio within 14 days of return approval to be eligible for refund. Items received without approval or outside the return window will be refused and/or returned to sender at the customer’s expense. RioLab is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so I strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trusted carrier.
